Meal plan and shop

Meal planning is the most important thing you need to do if you want to succeed with saving money and doing eating healthy meals.

Write down everything you and your family plan to eat this week. It doesn’t have to be set in stone but it gives you a guide on what to buy.

Start with your meal plan. Get the whole family involved. Just because you’re on Slimming World doesn’t mean you have to eat differently but it does take planner. Do you have a microwave to warm leftovers up? Do you have a fridge to cool salads? Thinking ahead is a great way to stay on track.

Making sure you have air tight containers like these can help keep everything fresh.
