Aldi Slimming World Recipes
Using our Aldi syns list, you can make meals for your whole family that are healthy and slimming friendly.
Start by looking through your cupboards and seeing what you have. If you have access to the Slimming World app or any official resources then use them to work out what each item’s syn value is.
Make a meal plan for the whole week and a shopping list from that meal plan. Meal planning is the best and easiest way to keep you on track throughout the week. It means that you don’t have to think about meals when you are really hungry.
We start by deciding on our evening meal first as that normally has the most syns in for us. Then we work backward and fit in breakfast and lunch around how many syns we have left.
Do the same when you meal plan. When you do go to write your shopping list make sure that you use our list below to make sure that you are buying the right products for you.

Making your own Slimming World meals
If you are struggling to come up with family-friendly meal ideas or are not sure about how to cook from scratch then please don’t worry.
Cooking good healthy food for your family is easy and doesn’t have to cost you the Earth.
We started by using Spicentice to give us some family meal ideas. Spicentice delivers little packets of spice to your doorstep that also includes the full ingredients and easy step by step method on how to cook that meal.
All their meals are slimming friendly and cater for allergies and fussy eaters. What we loved the most is that they are all really easy to cook and you can keep the packet to remind you how to cook it next time.
We were worried about the spice factor but only one blew our heads off (that was the chicken jalfrezi) and the second time we made it we just didn’t add the spice.
