What is a Cash Back Site?
Cashback sites pay you money everything you click through and buy from a retailer through a cash back site.
You can pretty much buy anything through a cash back site like a food shop, clothes or even big things like holidays and your mortgage.
Even if you found a discount somewhere else, you can still use a cashback site and save money.
It’s true that sometimes you may only make pennies back but on somethings, it can be pounds! It’s so easy to make hundreds of pounds a year by using cashback sites instead of going straight through a retailer.

KidStart
Smaller than some other cashback sites, this is for us lot who have kids!
It works differently. Anything you earn gets put into a child’s saving account. The site itself says that you could earn over £200 a year into a saving account for your child.
It does have to be a child’s saving account but can be with any bank or building society.
Boom25
Boom25 works a bit differently. Every 25th shopper wins all their money back.
There’s no guarantee that you’ll get anything but if you are the lucky 25th shopper then you will get more than the basic amount that the bigger cashback sites are currently offering.
It is free to join and they pay via PayPal.
QuickRewards
This is another site that’s not just about getting cashback.
You can earn money by doing surveys and playing games while saving money through cashback on their site.
You can earn by reading emails and visiting other sites.

Are There Any Downsides To Using a Cash Back Site?
Make sure that you shop around like normal. Getting cashback may not be the cheapest way to purchase the item you want.
You may not always get your cashback as it’s not guaranteed. Sometimes the link doesn’t track or there is another issue that you will not be aware of. Clear you cookies before you shop to help make sure the tracking links sticks.
Some cash back sites don’t work with voucher codes so you could be loosing more by not using a voucher and using the cash back.
For household bills, always use a price comparison site to check deals as you may get it cheaper going direct.
Lastly, always cash out as soon as you can. Your money is not protected like a bank so if something happens there’s no way to get your money back. It is only yours when it hits your bank account. Always withdraw the money straight away.

What the * means
If a link has an * by it, then this means it is an affiliate link and helps S4SM stay free for all. If you use the link, it may mean that we receive a very small payment. It will not cost you anymore that it would normally.
You shouldn’t notice any difference and the link will never negatively impact the product. The items we write about are NEVER dictated by these links. We aim to look at all products on the market. If it isn’t possible to get an affiliate link, then the link, or product is still included in the same way, just with a non-paying link.
