Healthy Flapjack
    Instructions
    1. Heat oven to 160C or 140C fan. Line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment.
    2. Heat the butter and maple syrup in a small pan until melted. Add the mashed banana, apple and 100ml hot water, and mix to combine.

Combine the banana and apple and stir until everything is coated by the wet mixture. Tip into the tin and pat the surface. Bake for 45 mins until golden on top.
    4. Leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes then cut into 12 pieces to serve.
    5. Stores fine in an airtight container in the fridge for three days.
