Including the best factory stores including the Next outlet, AO and Dyson
We all know that shopping around can save us money. So why do so little of us use factory outlet shops when we buy online?
Many of the high street retailers have official online outlets, that sell anything from designer clothes to electronics, all at much lower prices.
Some may be old stock, or last season, but are all normally heavily reduced and brand new.
So Why Buy From a Outlet Store?
Apart from the obvious savings, I can give you 5 reasons why you should be buying from factory outlet stores and how you can save money while doing it.
Carrying home your shopping with kids is a nightmare, especially if you forgot to bring your bags. Save yourself 5p and shop online and get your items delivered. Most places now offer free delivery over a certain amount.
No more having to undress with the kids running in and out of the changing room. Order anything you want, try it on at home and return whatever doesn’t fit. Most fashion outlets offer free returns.
In most factory stores, you can still use coupons. Once you’ve decided what you want, have a quick Google to see if there are any codes around. Some fashion outlets will give you 10% off if you sign up to their newsletter too.
It’s never been easier to find out if your product is good or not. Buying in a Factory outlet shop is not different, with reviews still given on all items.
It’s now so easy to compare prices online. You can use tools like Google shopping, or even go retro and have multiple tabs open to check prices.
These aren’t all the discounters, and if you’re looking for something from Amazon for example, then using a Amazon discount finder is the way to go to get the best deal.

What the * means
If a link has an * by it, then this means it is an affiliate link and helps S4SM stay free for all. If you use the link, it may mean that we receive a very small payment. It will not cost you anymore that it would normally.
You shouldn’t notice any difference and the link will never negatively impact the product. The items we write about are NEVER dictated by these links. We aim to look at all products on the market. If it isn’t possible to get an affiliate link, then the link, or product is still included in the same way, just with a non-paying link.
